Waaay too crowded. Nowhere comfortable to sit. Food was gross! Snorkeling not great and nothing special.

After reading various reviews and talking with people that have lived here for awhile I lowered my expectations. Please understand I have never paid to go snorkeling. This is my 10th snorkeling experience in Hawaii but the first from a boat. The best snorkeling is usually within 100 feet of shore but there is no other way to get to the shores of Molokini. I was pleasantly rewarded with: a fabulous crew, great conditions, smooth ride, very good visibility with plenty of colorful fishes and one swimming eel. BONUS we diverted to Coral Gardens which had better visibility than Turtle Town yesterday. More colorful fishes and much better coral of course. BONUS #2 we still had a little time so the captain took his time searching out whales for us. Was great to see so many off in the distance plus one mama & her baby nearby. Unexpected was the school of flying fish. TIP-I recommend this smaller boat for snorkeling. The Calypso and Quicksilver are bigger and pricier but more bumping into each other in the water.

Staff was very good with getting us all the enjoyment. My only complaint is they need to tell the people where to check in at. Not very good instructions. Boss hogs by the shops. Had no idea and walked all over trying to figure out. But was fun seeing the fishes.
