My wife and I took the full day trip through Brown's Canyon. What a beautiful place to be while experiencing the excitement of going down the river. Our guide, REESE, was very knowledgeable and knew this portion of the Arkansas river really well. He was prepared for every turn and every rock and set the raft up perfectly before entering any of the rapids. This was my 2nd time rafting with Noah's Ark and the first trip (with guide Amy) was also excellent. This is an outstanding organization, and that's important when you are trusting your life with someone else. The Noah's Ark river guides have extensive training and are top notch. Every aspect from the safety lecture, to lunch and all the way down the river was really fun!

Took the full day rafting trip down Brown's Canyon and had a blast! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us navigate the river with skill and thrills. A big bonus about Noah's Ark is they are located right on the river so there is no additional commute before starting your adventure. A fantastic lunch was served mid-trip. Every staff member was friendly, courteous and made us feel at ease. The water was pretty cold, but we were fine without wet suits - until the clouds moved in. Our guide even shared some of his personal cold weather gear with our young daughters after getting splashed by some big water after lunch.

My boyfriend and I wanted to do something different to celebrate our first anniversary together. His suggestion was whitewater rafting! After a lot of research we decided to go with Noah's Ark for many reasons. One reason is they provide a better variety of raft trips compared to other companies. We decided to do the full day Brown's Canyon trip that included lunch. A pretty good value for $90/person; we saw other companies that charged more for essentially the same thing. When we arrived they have a pretty good system. Check in - sign a waiver - get your rental clothing (if you choose so...wetsuits are evil but necessary) - grab your helmet and meet your guide. Our guide was Whitney - who was fabulous. She told us exactly what to expect and what to do if the unexpected happened - which thankfully did not. My boyfriend and I agreed, we felt completely safe with Whitney at the helm. Just listen to your guide and you should have an excellent, safe time. But more about Whitney....she had a great knowledge of the canyon and rafting. She was very personable and funny and made sure that everyone in our raft was enjoying themselves. The rapids were on point for me (boyfriend was looking for more heart-pounding thrills). The canyon is STUNNING. You will not be disappointed at all doing this trip. I highly recommend Noah's Ark.
