Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! This in an intermediate trip but also not too scary for first-timers. The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip.

Browns Canyon National Monument on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

Beautiful scenery, a lot of whitewater on each trip, pristine water quality, a feeling of remoteness, a comfortable and dry climate, and a wide selection of options to help you enjoy your perfect trip.

We wanted to our 8 and 10 year old kids rafting and thought this was perfect! The kids had a blast! Our guide was super friendly and east going. The length of time was just right as our kids were getting tired near the end. So much fun! Would highly recommend Karan at Adventure Company!

Loved Brody our guide, he had a lot of knowledge of the river and area as well as fun stories and an excellent guide on the water with our safety in mind. The bathrooms, facilities to change and store items were all very clean and the food provided was great. Bring a water bottle with you in a wet bag to be sure you stay hydrated!

Our family had the BEST time rafting last week with The Adventure Company. Our family of four, including a 9 year old and 6 year old, enjoyed the Full Day Browns Canyon trip. The drive from Breckenridge to Buena Vista was an easy hour and well worth it. I was a bit worried that a full day trip may be too much for the kids, but they absolutely loved it and didn’t ask even once when we were going to be done. In fact, they were disappointed when it was over. Our guide Brody was to thank for providing such a great, fun, thrilling yet SAFE experience for us all. Having rafted several times over the years in Wyoming, this trip took the cake. The included lunch was great too and a nice break from the action. When asked what our favorite activity was from our 10 day vacation, our entire family agrees that this was it! Thank you Brody and The Adventure Company!

Our Browns Canyon Full Day trip is one of our best offerings, and we also find that it is not to long for younger kids. There is so much awesome scenery and fun whitewater to keep them entertained the whole day. We are so glad you enjoyed it!
