Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! This in an intermediate trip but also not too scary for first-timers. The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip.

Browns Canyon National Monument on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

Beautiful scenery, a lot of whitewater on each trip, pristine water quality, a feeling of remoteness, a comfortable and dry climate, and a wide selection of options to help you enjoy your perfect trip.

The trip was thorough in information, food (quality and quantity), and entertainment. Loved our raft guide, Kara, who gave us four adults the ride of our lives and shared her amazing experience! She's inspired a new hobby for us. Us twenty-somethings had a blast, along with our grandma and aunts/uncles and young cousins. While we enjoyed the Class 3 rapids on this trip, my partner and I are looking forward to returning for the Class 4/5 rapids by ourselves.

The Browns Canyon full day trip was the highlight of our Colorado vacation . Ross was our raft guide and he was awesome ! He was very knowledgeable , skilled and knew the river completely . The trip was so much fun and he made it even better . The fajita lunch with brownies for dessert was so much fun and very good . We will be doing this again and will use The Adventure Company .

We had a great day on the Arkansas River with Ross and Jeff. These guys are amazing and made everyone feel comfortable and ready for the rapids! The fajita lunch was delicious. I would recommend anyone looking for a rafting trip to choose The Adventure Company!
