Since this cruise does go out into the open Gulf of Alaska it is not recommended for anyone who is prone to motion sickness. we absolutely loved our experience! Everything was well organized, people were friendly and super helpful and it was a beautiful experience! We saw about 15 orcas swimming, it was amazing and two large whales. We also saw bald eagles and otters! It was magical

Awesome views, amazing crew, very helpful finding wildlife, giving information and cleaning up and helping with seasickness issues. Rough seas in September, so probably wouldnā€™t go again this time of year, but definitely a worthwhile experience.

Amazing! I have opted for the 6h tour and totally worth it - captain was very patient, provided clear explanations of surroundings and wildlife while being respectful to motherā€™s nature. They do go a bit on open water so if you get seasick itā€™s good to prepare ahead (I decided not to eat my sandwich until the return, via more closed waters). They provide free binoculars, bathrooms were super clean, lunch box was great. Everyone gets an assigned seat in the comfort inside but I found by the bow outside was the best spot to see animals, especially whalers (we saw orcas). It does get very windy outside so dress accordingly (hat is a must).
