From start to finish, we had a great day! Johnny was communicative before our trip and had a set plan. He arrived on time in a clean, spacious van. He informed us of our itinerary and allowed us to squeeze in some extra pit stops we wanted. He drove perfectly, had tons of information and knowledge to share, had music on when he wasn’t speaking, and answered all our questions along the way. He stopped so we could take great pictures. He was extremely patient with our family as we had a handicapped family member as well. We loved all the stops and sights (Griffith Observatory to see Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame/Dolby Theater/Chinese Theater, Beverly Hills homes of the stars, Rodeo Drive, and Santa Monica Pier. Can’t say enough good things about Johnny and this tour! Private tours are well worth the money, especially this one!

we had a phone call at 7.45 am when we were just getting up saying that although my confirmation sais pick up Portofino hotel we needed to get a taxi to somewhere 45 minutes away by 8.30 this of course was impossible so I want a refund

The person who wrote this review never join our tour his Hotel was 35 miles away portofino hotel in Redondo Beach I called him to arrange his own transportation to join the tour but they never showed up in our pickup location. This review should be taken out from our Review list .

It was not a fulfilling experience because of the rain. Barely rain in California it did on the day of travel.
