Rack up those hours spent sunning yourself on a pristine beach on this full day excursion to Negril . You'll have a whole seven-mile-long band of golden sand to pick the perfect spot to sunbathe, swim, try water sports or simply stick your nose in your book.

Then, as the sky starts to show signs of dusk, you'll head to Rick's Café – a hangout that crowns the top of a cliff. Rick's terrace is the place to be in Negril's West End. Sunset panoramas are served up alongside plates of jerk chicken and punch if you feel peckish. But, there's only one thing that might steal your attention – fearless cliff divers plunging into the sea.

Seven Mile Beach

7 Mile beach isn’t 7 miles long, but approx. 4 miles. Starts from Begril River in the south and goes to the Rutland point in the north.institution – Rick's Café.

Our tour guide was Kevin and he was great. He provided us with a little history of each parish we passed on our way from Montego Bay to Negril. He was fun personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. He even stopped to ask thoughout the tour how we were feeling. I highly recommend this tour. 7 mile beach and ricks cafe were nice and the food excellent.
