Travel up the western coast and visit the picturesque Concord Waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains where you can be refreshed by swimming in the cool water. Visit the fishing town of Gouyave and the spice processing station, where you will see why our island is called the "Isle of Spice" then continue to the Diamond chocolate factory to taste and learn how chocolate is made. Have lunch at an authentic Grenadian restaurant, before heading to the Caribbean's oldest functional water-powered distillery before tasting its potent rum. We ended up by chance having a private tour just the two of us with Mr. Michael Benjamin. It was more like fun times with an old friend than a structured tour. Don't make the mistake we did and make sure you have plenty of cash for all of the souvenir opportunities you will experience along the way. The chocolate at the chocolate factory was delicious and my husband's highlight was the rum factory at the end that distills using the old methods (the water wheel is pretty cool). Michael was also a major highlight of the experience for both of us. His love of country is palpable and our great conversations both in the car and during our delicious lunch were plentiful and meaningful. Can't recommend this tour enough!

I went to Grenada back in April for Spring break and this was the first tour I took. I was so glad because you get to see almost the entire island. The buffet lunch was phenomenal, Grand Etang had stunning scenery along with adorable monkeys. I think our tour guide was Rawles? He gave extensive history lessons about Grenada, particularly about Marcus Bishop and Grenada's road to independence from the British rule. I always appreciate the full picture of a country and our tour guide delivered! He also gifted us with fresh bananas straight off a tree! We sampled natural fruits and rum as well. This tour is a must if you're visiting Grenada for the first time, you see a lot of the main attractions so you can plan the rest of your trip around places you want to return to! Best tour from Grenada!
