Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park

Did you know that Monument Valley also has arches, windows, and ancient Anasazi petroglyphs? Get the full scenic experience in the Restricted area with visits to the Big Indian, Sleeping Dragon, and all the arches – the Big Hogan, Moccasin Arch, Sun’s Eye, and Ear of the Wind. You will also see ancient Anasazi petroglyphs on the canyon walls below Sun’s Eye. ** Includes a Hogan visit with the late Susie Yazzie’s family, who demonstrate traditional Navajo rug weaving and narrate the significance of artifacts such as the baby cradleboard. This tour also includes everything you see in the Scenic Express tour.

My family and I took the Monument Valley tour with Larry J. earlier this month. It was one of the best tours we've been on. Extremely educational and we also just enjoyed the time with Larry as well as the wonderful people we spoke with on our stop at John Ford's Point. We bought beautiful jewelry from Laticia of navajodove and tried great frybread. Highly recommend! Ask for Larry!

We did the 2.5h tour with Guide Larry. He was very kind, he calmly explained the various points of interest in a precise and detailed way, although we had some difficulty understanding sometimes not knowing very well English. Also it was just us at the 9.00 am tour, so he took the opportunity to take a lot of souvenir photos. Consigliato vivamente!
