You asked 'How was my experience?' My answer 'What experience? Terrible.' Could not download the app using PlayStore on Android Samsung S9. Cust service from the app was trying to be helpful, and ultimately blamed the problem on PlayStore and then told me refund had to come from TripAdvisor so please provide details for obtaining refund. Very disappointed with not being able to tour Chatanooga during a scavenger hunt due to inadequate technology in 2022.
