Had a blast at Fun Spot. Brought my family and we were trying all the rides and really enjoyed Hurricane. We had one special moment where my daughter who is scared of speed wanted to try the junior go carts. We had an amazing interaction with a super employee named Tristian who helped calm my daughter down and get her through the first lap after she was freaking out. It was compassion beyond what is required and was more than customer service, but a human helping another in need. After that race, my daughter ran to do it again and did a great job with no assistance. Fun Spot is more than just rides, it's great people. Andy

**Something is going on with these reviews. I'll get into that later** I've visited a few times, and I will say the staff is OK. Yes, some are friendly but almost are all almost young kids. I'd say most are under 18, some of them were using language that I didn't like my kids hearing. What was odd, is that there were more staff than people in the park. The entire park experience hinges on one ride; Arie Force One. Its a 5 star elite coaster at a 1 star family fun center. I give them credit for putting in Arie Force One but if you take that away then the place is kind of a dump. Alot of the flat rides are very basic, alot were not working, most of the park is plopped overtop of an old parking lot (you can still see all of the old parking spots) alot of cracked asphalt, the inside part is very, very dated. Also multiple games in the arcade took our money and the games were also very dated. The food was pretty poor on both of my visits. Not to mention while my son and I were sitting inside eating lunch, we heard a loud bang at the bumper cars and we were pretty sure that we saw something come off. It scared my son so bad that he didnt want to ride them. I appreciate what they did with Arie Force One but I think the wiser investment would have been to get a decent, less expensive coaster and put some of the rest of the money to general park improvements. So.....why are there hundreds of recent reviews that all seem very similar? These are all from accounts with weird names, grammar errors, and barely have any other posts on trip advisor. There's no way that this park should have a higher rating that parks like Universal, Busch Gardens, Disney etc. Something is definitely going on here. Seems to me like an employee is posting all of these or it's a bot. Either way something is going on and it definitely doesn't seem like is helping.
