Great tour! Our tour guide Juliana was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the history, great storyteller, and kept us engaged even when the weather didn’t cooperate.

We made our reservation more than a month in advance, and we got a message saying the tour was canceled a couple of hours before it was supposed to start and looking for us to reschedule. When I called to say we were only in town for one night I was promised a refund. We were told the cancelation was due to a sick guide, when I asked for a recommendation on an alternative I was given information on another tour that didn't operate on the night we were scheduled for. Very disappointed.

Hi Tom, Thanks for your gracious review! We agree - it’s totally annoying we didn’t send you on a tour with a host who was contagious with the flu. It definitely would have been preferable to send our sick host out into the elements and risk getting you sick on your vacation. *insert dramatic eye-roll here.* Read the room, Tom. We never enjoy having to cancel a tour on short notice, but the health of our hosts and our guests comes first. We hope the rest of your time in Savannah went according to plan.

Julianna was an exceptional tour guide with much knowledge of the history of Savannah and the ghosts that haunt it. She had great energy and the ear phones made it easy to hear her.
