Our two hours with Ashley went by so quickly! We enjoyed every minute of her many stories and stops throughout the historical district. Nice to be able to hear clearly with the audio headsets. The tour was interesting & entertaining for both us adults and for our 9 & 11 year old granddaughters. Ashley is enthusiastic and animated telling her tales; also, included some general Savannah history. The girls were visibly enthralled, with some moments of wide-eyes surprise and "fright". Great time!! Thank you, Ashley!!

Overall a good tour. The earphones and receivers are a great addition, making it very easy to hear the guide throughout the tour. The guide was perhaps a bit over-dramatic at times but never over-the-top. Too much time was spent at the beginning listening to him recount all of the places he was previously a guide or re-enactor. He may want to shorten that a bit. Overall I would recommend this tour. The places visited were very interesting, and his tales lined up with some of the dark history I was already somewhat familiar with. I have been on many ghost tours, and it is clear on some of them that the guides have made up or misrepresented some of their stories. I got no sense of that on this tour. There is a parking lot we visited that is a paved over graveyard, where many people have reported having paranormal experiences. While we stood there listening to the guide, something poked my wife hard in the back. Not once but twice. There were no living folks behind us, and I could tell by her reaction and face that something happened. She thought it was me goofing around but I was clearly not close enough to have done it. As she realized this, her "cut it out" face instantly changed to a "WTF" face. I would rate this tour as 4.5 stars if we were able to give half stars. I took away a half star for the reasons already mentioned.

Walking through Savannah at night was gorgeous and atmospheric. The headsets provided by the tour were a nice touch. Unfortunately our tour guide Bradford spoke so quickly it was difficult to understand him at all, and we feel like we missed out on most of the tour. Several other people in our tour group kept asking “what did he say?” throughout the tour. What we were able to catch was very interesting. Also, his theatrics were over the top and took us out of the experience. This tour had the potential to be really great. Bradford was very nice and made an effort to use people’s names, but the tour itself was just okay.
