I originally found Genteel and Bard through their Dark History and Ghost Walking Tour, but after reading the reviews, I knew I had to book the History Walking Tour as well. Both our Ghost Tour with Bradford and our History Tour with TC were phenomenal, and such a great way to kick off our first time visiting Savannah. TC is incredibly passionate about Savannah - not only its history but also what's going on in the city right now. He was able to recommend many local businesses like his own that make Savannah shine. TC also takes the time to make things personal - he makes sure to learn everyone's names at the beginning of the tour as well as where you are visiting from and carries that throughout the tour. TC and his wife live in the historic district, and it's clear for him this isn't just a business - this is his way of life. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Savannah who is looking to learn more about the history of the city and what that has come to mean for present-day Savannah. Thank you TC for a great tour!

Our guide was entertaining, knowledgeable, fun, patient thorough and had both music and photo renderings of key elements of the tour...the best really! One of the best tours I have ever taken. Loved having the ear pods. Made the whole tour so much better! Would very highly recommend!
