The Hypno-Larium Comedy Theater at Four Points by Sheraton in downtown Asheville North Carolina features the Jon Dee Show with Famed Hypnotist Jon Dee from the CMT documentary “Morgan Spurlock Presents Freedom The Movie.” One of the Best Things to do in downtown asheville. The Hypno-Larium is patterned after Jons time training and performing in Las Vegas and Paris, France. More than a Comedy Club in Asheville NC this is 150 seat intimate Las Vegas style theatrical show focusing on Consciousness, Perception and the POWER of our own God-Given power and Potential.

The best new thing to do in Asheville! My friends and I enjoyed the show so much! I would recommend it over and over again! Be prepared to laugh and experience Asheville on a whole new level!

I am so confused on how this show has 5 stars?!?! I sat there the whole time thinking....were these tickets a scam?! I mean, a couple of the ten volunteers "fell asleep" but no one actually did anything he said they would do. It was so awkward and uncomfortable to watch. I mean, Jon Dee was persistent, I'll give him that. He didn't give up on trying to get participants to do things. That's what made it so hard to watch. I couldn't get out of that "theatre" (if that what you call a little hotel conference room) fast enough. It was something. He kept having his daughter go into the hotel lobby to get supplies he needed for the show--lemons, knives, cup of water--it just seemed like a show that cost almost $40 a ticket there should have been some preparation... Maybe my standards are high because I have been to another hypnosis show in Vegas. Also, if the show was $10 a ticket ... maybe. Apparently my experience was much different than other reviews on here, but it's been a week and I am still wondering what I watched. Also note--as awkward as it was you can't even walk out because there were all of 20 people there, so we had to stick it out.

Super sorry you didn’t enjoy the show. Many people enjoy seeing the fast phobia cures onstage and participating for a true experience. It’s not Vegas, I’ve performed in Vegas and that is not what Asheville is. I trained in Vegas and have experienced most comedy Hypnosis shows there where people perform hilarious sex simulation acts on stage and it’s hilarious but has lots of consequences. This show is 💯 based on the audience, the show you were in was odd for sure. Many people had profound experiences on stage and messaged me personally afterward. A hypnosis show should never be the same. A comedy only show is scripted. Sounds like this night just didn’t align with your expectations. I’m glad you came and I hope there was something meaningful for the two of you. All you had to do was message me or say something at the door and you can still just email me the subject refund and I’ll happily refund your full price. Thank you for coming and thank you for your feedback for the world. And also, as far as my daughter, she enjoys coming on stage to bring me a Lemon and knife so I can introduce the audience to the power of an imagined thought of eating sour lemon juice instantly producing physical responses in the body in the form of your mouth salivating and Puckering. This was the message of the show and how I lost 130 lbs and reversed type 2 diabetes without medication. I promise it was planned and served many positive purposes and she didn’t run and get it from the hotel lobby. My family is a part of the experience, my son was running the lights and wife and other son meeting people at the door and working with the people. Sorry those good intentions missed you. I will try harder to make that clear in the future. Please email me and allow me to return your funds. Blessings
