Audio tour installation instructions

1. You will receive an email and SMS with a link to access the tour and tickets. Follow the link and install the free WeGoTrip mobile app.
2. Sign up using your phone number. Access to an audio tour and an entrance ticket to the museum will be in the "Bookings" tab.
3. Click on the "Download" button to download the audio tour to your phone.
4. The entrance ticket to the museum is available in the "Bookings" tab. Click on the "Show PDF ticket" button in the app, place the screen with a QR code to the turnstile gate at the entrance, or show it to a museum employee.

The Getty Center

The Getty is a masterpiece itself and a harmony of landscape and architecture resting in Santa Monica Mountains of California with a spectacular view to Los Angeles. Getty staff was very helpful. They took pity on our situation when I told them we purchased tickets through TripAdvisor and I couldn’t open the app to show my tickets. They said I was scammed. Entrance to the Getty is FREE.

You paid for the audio guide - this is an application that can be downloaded on your mobile device in order to listen to the audio tour.
