Cancelled our Thanksgiving week tour for three at the last minute without calling (we showed up). My partner has been unable to get her money back. I wouldn’t give them any money up front!

Our tour was cancelled via email last minute. We still received text telling us to show up. When we called they said it was indeed cancelled and we would be refunded. We never got our money back.
