Lee Roy was an exceptional tour guide. He made everyone feel welcome and went out of his way to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and displayed a wonderful sense of humor. We learned a lot about Pensacola, not just about ghosts. We highly recommend this tour, not only for tourists, but also for us Pensacola locals.

Just to clarify for those considering this tour. You do NOT get to step foot in any of the buildings mentioned in the tour description. You will not go in a funeral home or a haunted house. You just drive up next to them, watch a video about what "may" have happened in the structure and then pull away to continue driving. The information that you "learn" is all from watching a video while sitting on the bus the entire time. You do get to get off the bus at the cemetery to see ONE grave site and then you get back on the bus. Now, this was not a bad tour. The tour guide was super friendly and funny. I just feel that the description before booking the tickets is misleading, as nothing scary happens and you do not get to explore any of the buildings that are claimed to he haunted.

Learned new information about the place I've called home for over thirty years! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had some interesting comments. Our vehicle was super comfy and clean and those huge windows give viewers plenty of room to view homes and cemeteries. The tour was worth every penny and was impressive because it takes advantage of modern technology with a huge big screen TV mounted in the front so our friendly "narrator" leads us through the sites. We got out for a little bit to view a couple of grave sites in St. John's Cemetery, my favorite part of the tour. Thank you for a first class experience! And so many of the stories are true!
