What To Expect

Plaza de la Constitucion

Your tour will start at the Plaza. After a short introduction, you will accompany your guide across the street to visit Ancient City Brewing for a taste of an amazing artisanal draft. After the first beer (on us) you will cross the street back to the Plaza to continue our ghostly experience to then board the cart and begin exploring the ghosts of St Augustine.

Historic Tours of Flagler College

Your guide will drive you around the former Ponce de Leon Hotel to tell you some of the occult tales surrounding the former Flagler's Era hotel. The cart will then pass by the former Alcazar, The Murat House and St Francis Inn on your way to the Former Surprise Store where you will get a chance to quench your thirst once again.

Bridge of Lions

Your guide will park the cart by the municipal marina. Guests will enter the former Surprise Store during the Flagler's Era. This was the location of the very first Catholic church in the US that burned in 1702. Next to this site was the Spanish Military Hospital. One can only imagine the amount of human remains still buried in this block. You will be able to choose from two bars at this location. You will have one more chance to quench your thirst and experience the other type of spirits. This is one of the most active paranormal sites in the Old City.

Castillo de San Marcos National Monument

Your tour will proceed north on Menendez Avenue to make a stop at the oldest masonry fort built in the United States. Your guide will share stories about ghosts ships and the effects of the yellow fever that killed a third of the population in 1821. Cemeteries are next!

Huguenot Cemetery

The center of most paranormal activity in St Augustine.

St. George Street

City Gates is famous for orbs showing on pictures taken at the site. Get you cameras ready!

Tolomato Cemetery

Chance is an amazing guide. My husband and i enjoyed the historical ghost stories and visiting some very cool pubs. Definitely encourage everyone to check it out. We will be planning another tour when we are back in Florida

I booked this tour for June 9 at 9:00pm. They processed the payment on the 7th. Before we even arrived at the city of Saint Augustine. We intended to go on the trip that night. However the weather was horrible. Thunderstorms and copious rain. We contacted Viator to cancel the trip because it was not possible to do this tour under the weather conditions. It was not safe to travel under a thunderstorm and pouring rain. The tour should have been canceled and refunded. It is understandable that if there is no justified reason to cancel the trip. You will be responsible for the charges. However, when weather does not allow the guests to go on the trip because it is not safe. They should not be expected to pay for the charges. I’m giving you my honest review. As you may understand I cannot recommend your company to anyone. I will probably never book another tour with you ever again.

Hello, I can not locate your reservation with the information on this review. On June 9 we did not operate any tours in the afternoon or evening. We did operate our Ghosts and Spirits tour on Jun 10 and we had one couple who did not show up for the tour. Whenever we make a decision to cancel a tour, all passengers are contacted and refunded directly by us, if they booked directly from our website, or, by the company they booked thru. I have a feeling we were not the tour operator that night but we would need more information to be able to assist.
