First of all, great customer service. My 16 year old son and I purchased the Ghosts of the Battlefield. Download was easy, easy to follow map and instructions. Great 5G service all around Gettysburg. Unfortunately I thought it would talk about people who died there and maybe their back stories or haunting information, and it did, but it was also *VERY* gory. Lots of detail about the cut off arms and legs in piles, bodies rotting etc. Neither my son nor I enjoyed it (and he loves war, gory games, weapons, etc.). Customer service swapped it out for us and we just did the regular driving tour. That was a better fit and I'm glad I didn't spend $20 to get the one we wanted. Would recommend the app and the narration.

I’m so glad we were able to exchange the ghost tour for the battlefield tour so that you enjoyed the trip!

It wasn’t easy to navigate when driving around. Maybe if I knew the city of Gettysburg it would’ve been easier, however since I was a tourist and didn’t know the streets it seemed like I always had to start over each segment from getting lost.

Thanks for your feedback! The tour gives turning directions (right/left/straight) along with the ghost stories and an accompanying map with a route line. Were some of those directions unclear?

This tour was a lot of fun. Learn some things you would not on a regular tour. If you’re into ghosts in anyway this was a lot of fun. Highly recommend
