It has been a long time since my tour in Amish Country on a cassette player. This was a very informative tour. The ability of GPS to keep up with us was amazing. The only thing that would have helped this tour was if I had brought us ear buds to link up with the audio. Bring outside and wind made it sometimes hard to hear.

I see that you started the tour at the last stop and missed the whole tour :(. The tour starts at the Tonopah Historic Mining Park, then goes to the VERY haunted Mizpah hotel, then to local shops, old stores and buildings that are famously haunted, including the very spooky Clown Motel and it's story. It tells the story of the Chinese Riots, Wyatt Earp in Tonopah, the silver mining boom The tour ends at the Old Tonopah Cemetery, the spot you mentioned here. You are correct, the cemetery is free and can be entered 24/7. While the cemetery is spooky and looks great, we tell the haunted story of the cemetery and the town. I agree if you are looking to just do a drive by the town and take pics, you don't need this tour and stories. If you want to know this history of the silver boom, Wyatt Earp, Richard Nixon's tie to Tonopah, it's rich history, the Chinese riots, the old wild west days, the haunted spots in town and end at the cemetery to see where a few of these characters are buried, this helps to tell that story. Sorry this did not work our for you! I'm happy to refund, just email me at [email protected].

The WalknTours Tour in Tonopah was amazing. It was a lot of fun hearing the Ghost stories about all the interesting sites in Tonopah. In addition, there was a lot of historical information we didn't know about before. We were guided to the next stop and were able to halt and repeat it without problems. We highly recommend this tour, and we'll definitely do another tour with WalknTours in the near future.
