Matt was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to go to this again. Each time you could make a different combination of flavours : ). Highly recommend for anyone who likes to cook/drink. Combining your own flavours is fun and it's a good learning experience. Even non gin drinkers would like this as they could make one that tastes much lighter than they are used to if they want!

My oldest daughter got my wife and I a groupon with South Fl Distillers. We had quite a few scheduling issues but made it their on Sep 27th. Matt was our leader on this adventure and he made it a great evening for all 10 of us who were in the class. I wont bore anyone with details but if you want to learn how to make gin and then make your our special version of gin you need to take this experience. Lots of tasting too with gin, rum and agave as well. And when all is said and done you get to take home your creation to share with family and friends.

Had a great time and learned a lot of interesting facts about gin. Matt was down was very helpful throughout the process and made sure to spread time between all the couples. Love the take home bottles you receive at the end. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area!
