Neat tour through the woods, cute garden set up and good over view of some Juneau History. Russell was our driver and he was very kind and informative along with some great jokes.

Tour guides did not show up at all. I want my money credited back on my credit card. Very disappointing. Seems to be a scam. Happened twice with this company we booked thru.

Glacier garden hours are 9:00 to 6:00 everyday our first tour is it 9:15 our last tour leaves at 4:00 p.m. Glacier Gardens rainforest adventure is a guided tour through the Tongass Forest on 18 passenger trams. We are located 7 miles from downtown Juneau independent travelers either come by taxi Uber or the city bus. We have strived to provide a description online, that coveys transportation from the dock to the gardens is not included in the price of the ticket. We are sorry for any confusion it has caused. The Gardens and the tour company we work with have given customers refunds when asked, I will check with Tripadvisor and see where we can improve on our description of the tour provide on the website. Thank you

The gardens were beautiful & very unusual. Our guide was charming & knowledgeable. But the winding road uphill in an open sided kind of golf cart—the road was a little wet & soggy, curvy & narrow. I didn’t feel complex safe.
