Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

Housed in a 1902 building, modeled after a 15th century Venetian palazzo, and a 2012 wing designed by Renzo Piano, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum provides an unusual backdrop for the viewing of art. The historic galleries surrounding the verdant Courtyard contain more than 2,500 extraordinary works of art, featuring pieces by Titian, Rembrandt, Michelangelo, Raphael, Botticelli, Manet, Degas, Whistler, and Sargent.

Salem Witch Museum

Do you believe in witches? Don't answer until you’ve visited the Salem Witch Museum, located north of Boston. This remarkable museum brings you back to Salem Village as it existed in 1692. Visitors are given a dramatic history lesson using stage sets with life-size figures, lighting and narration. Learn about the word “witch” in the “Witches: Evolving Perception” exhibit, a provocative tour that examines the pagan midwife, the associations that led to the stereotypical “witch” perception, modern witchcraft and the phenomenon of the witch hunt. Peabody Essex Museum

This museum harkens back to 1799, when sea captains would bring home a "cabinet of natural and artificial curiosities" from strange and exotic lands. Today, it houses one million works, including an 18th-century Chinese merchant's house transported from China and reassembled here.

USS Constitution Museum

Standing proud on the docks beside the USS Constitution, this fantastic museum tells the story of the famous ship that dates from 1797. ‘Old Ironsides’ as she is lovingly known is the celebrated wooden-hulled, three-masted frigate that served most notably in the War of 1812 against the British. Please note: The Museum is separate to the USS Constitution vessel, which is free to visit. There is no need to present your pass to access the ship.

Franklin Park Zoo

Franklin Park Zoo (part of Zoo New England) is a 72-acre site nestled within Boston's historic Franklin Park. Here, guests can visit the most innovative and intimate indoor gorilla exhibit in the world! Visitors to the Tropical Forest can stand face-to-face with the Zoo's seven western lowland gorillas at one of five glass viewing stations at a state-of-the-art indoor exhibit. Harvard Museum of Natural History

See towering Native American totem poles, large Maya sculptures, and precious artifacts of the ancient world. Our favorite one of the four that were supposed to be part of our GoCity pass was the HopOn HofOff Trolley. What they don't tell you is that you can only use each of the vendors one time. We wanted to use the HoHo another day and were told unfortunately only one use per pass purchased, even though we had three left. Our least favorite was the Historical Society Freedom Trail. 40 minutes of our 90 minute tour we were only 50ft away from the start, in his words "the best way to see the Freedom Trail is off the trail". We started out with 50 people and 60 minutes in once we left a famous cemetery we were down to around 20 people. The guide was more interested in inuendo and gossip than actual history -- which we should have guess when he introduced himself as Rod Hardbottom. Finally, we only got to use three of our four options as when we got to the aquarium they told us they no longer honor the pass so we had to pay separately to get in. We neve used our fourth option. I definitely would not recommend this pass as it offered less benefit than any city pass we have ever purchased.

The attractions that were available within the package when purchased were not available when travelling which was extremely disappointing as the ones we wanted were removed
