On May 8th, 2021, we purchased 5 Go Las Vegas all inclusive passes for a 5 day stay beginning on May 12. We drove 12 hours to get to Las Vegas. My daughter and two grandchildren ages 18 and 14 used them three times once each to go the wax museum, Hunger Games, and the Marvel museum. My husband got deathly ill, so he did not use any of the passes as he stayed in the room the entire time we were there in Las Vegas, from May 10 to May 18. We cut our trip short due to his illness. When we call the Go City Pass company they claim he used his passes (which he never used even one of them). I turn 71 years old May 22nd,and my dream was to see the Grand Canyon which the passes were to include. My daughter was to stay with her dad, and my granddaughter and I were going to go on the tour, we made reservations but my husband was very ill, so we did not go, we tried to cancel and could not get through to the company. They never answered their phones all night long!!! I called when we got back home, and was told yes they charged my husbands credit card 119 dollars each!! because we did not cancel,!!! even though the tickets included the tour we had already paid for. The Go Vegas passes also was supposed to include the Bodies exhibit at the Luxor , but when my daughter and I showed up at the booth we were told they DO NOT contract with Go Vegas passes any longer, so again we lost money on that attraction. The Go City told us that we had went on the Grand Canyon tour,, WE did not!!
