High Roller Observation Wheel Daytime Pass – the world’s tallest observation wheel for 360-degree views of Las Vegas and beyond. Just say, 'NO', seriously. So not worth the hassle. Viator is a booking agent only and while friendly once we found a number to contact the they can't do a thing to help when the actual company who is selling this decides to drop an activity you were hoping to see.
We waited 40 minutes while a gal at one of the activities tried to help us figure out why it wasn't working. She then nicely found a phone number so that we could call Viator, while Viator was friendly there wasn't any thing they could do about it except connect us to the actual seller who was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and didn't care one bit. So, a hour and a half later on top of the 40 minutes we had wasted valuable vacation time and then had to figure out what activities still actually worked and would be accepted without hassle when we showed up. Because that was the other special part of this, everything is Will Call, so you waste time having to go back to the casino that has the activity you want to participate in several times if there is no availability when you first check. Then they get grumpy if you don't want to 'Upgrade'....Just save yourself the hassle and say no.
