There was nothing memorable as I lost my phone with the pass on it and was advised I could print it off via the emailed confirmation.when I tried to do that it was saying there was no booking there I had the hop on hop off and had the Hollywood celebrity tour booked but wen I sent to do that tour they didn’t have a driver do it was a total rip off paid £141 and only had one item used when I paid for 7! If I could give no star I would

The attraction we used was Warner bros studio and Hop on Hop off bus. I had 2 attraction to use and city added the attraction even though I did not use it, I had to go back and forth and waste 3 hours on something that I didn’t do with their customer service. It is better just to buy tickets directly if you are not going all inclusive.

I had high hopes for the Go City Explore Pass in Los Angeles, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon arriving at our first booked attraction, we discovered that our passes had expired. Confused, we contacted Go City for assistance, only to be met with accusations that we had used the passes back in February. The issue? We only received them in September! After what felt like an eternity on the phone—speaking with a manager and providing tons of personal evidence—we finally managed to get new passes issued. The entire process was a hassle, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt more like a scam than a service designed to enhance our experience. I’ve seen similar reviews online, and it’s clear that this isn’t just a one-off issue. Save your money and consider other options if you want a smooth and enjoyable time in LA.
