If you think you're buying a tour with OPTIONAL PIG BEACH VISIT you're completely wrong. Its the only hotel pick up ( we can't complain about that) and then you'll be dropped near the port entrance with no explanation what to do/expect. We're British citizens and were not told we need to produce our ESTA papers and struggled to retrieve it from Internet which was stressful.
And the main trouble -we went there only with the one purpose to see those famous pigs and it was advertised on the US2U Inc main page of this trip.
Guess what? On the Balearia ferry we were told first that minimum 5 people required. Where do we need to find other three? Not their problem. Then apparently the woman who owns that beach agreed to take just two of us. $170 were paid. When we arrived she said not until 5pm but until 3pm. Then she changed her mind again - she is not bothering to open at all.
It was really frustrating as all the money we paid was just a waste as you can see. The guy on the boat who is responsible for the excursions tried to rectify the situation but couldn't do much, bless him.
One of the worst experiences ever!

Dear Mrs. Maryna Ryan,
We are so sorry the Bahamas tour did not meet your expectations. You are correct about non-US citizens always requiring their ESTA forms for US Customs and Boarder patrol. The optional visit to Pig Beach requires in fact a minimum of 6 participants as stated on the tour page.
We highly recommend our Bahamas Bimini Island tour with beautiful beaches and plenty of water sports activities that might be more to your liking.
Best regards,
Vincent

What was to be the highlight of my Miami holiday ended up a day of torture.
Firstly the day before the booking was emailed to say they do not pick up at our hotel so had to catch a cab add $75 to price, then on the ferry was told sorry the pig beach is closed today omg I was shattered. So of we went to grand Bahamas to a market to shop and a tiny not so Bahamas looking beach to be harassed by a friendly drunk local wanting to sell us beer lol. And we could wait for the bus to come pick us up again the day was long 5am wake up and we got home at 12.30am and didnāt see the PIGS!
If the beach wasnāt closed and/or we were notified and could change the day it would of all been worth it! But.....
