Horrible experience followed by even worse customer service. Avoid this company like the plague. Do NOT ride this helicopter. This is literal torture. If you want to be trapped in a 100 degrees hot box then you're stronger than me. It is cooler outside in the Las Vegas desert than it is inside the aircraft. If you want to experience some symptoms of heatstroke this is a great place to try it out! When one of the other guests told the pilot that "he may want to get the AC looked at" the pilot admitted that something was wrong with it and even apologized for it and he stated he would look at it when we got back. During the start of the flight the pilot was getting so hot that he was sticking a temperature gauge into the fans and checking the temp. The thermometer clearly indicated the AC was not working at all. The fan was working but not the AC which is vital in Las Vegas summers when it is regularly above 100 degrees. If you're paying $500 you expect to at least have some cooling aboard the helicopter. Everyone aboard my helicopter was so completely soaked in sweat we had to pour water on ourselves and hold wet rags atop our heads to stay in a normal temperature range. When we stopped in the Grand Canyon after a 40 minute ride I was not even in any mood to walk around or take pictures. Then we get back on the helicopter for a 15 minute ride for them to fuel up. This is the only place with a little wind so we can finally cool down a bit. This is followed by another 30 minutes being shoved in to a suffocating small aircraft with 6 other people who are all pouring sweat. I think you can imagine that it doesn't smell or feel the best. I never get motion sickness (I ride in cars for long periods of time, take many flights, have rode in other helicopters, play VR, etc etc.) I got so sick from the heat that immediately upon landing I had to go back to the hotel. I also had severe heat rashes all over my body from the heat of the helicopter. I have also rode in other helicopters in hot weather 90-100 degrees and was not even the slightest bit uncomfortable after hitting the sky. There is very clearly something wrong with this aircraft and they don't want to be held responsible for it. I want to point out that the pilot was very nice but there was nothing he could do since we were already in flight when he realized the AC didn't work. The customer service on the other hand is horrendous. They asked me sarcastically and rudely if what I wanted was "to wear a blanket in the helicopter" since I expected it to be so very cold. I'm not expecting a refrigerator aboard the aircraft but I am also not expecting for my clothes to be dripping in sweat to the point you could literally wrong out water. Absolutely horrible customer service representative Mike. They said no one else on any other helicopters complained. Well that's not surprising since it was specifically a problem with the helicopter I was aboard.

Everything about the trip was great except it was so hot in the copter. The experience outweighed the temperature issue. Nice flight!

I put five star rating because there wasn’t an option for a six star rating!First class experience from the luxury vehicle pick up at a hotel, to a brand new helicopter and a fantastic pilot! The entire helicopter tour, including landing on the Grand Canyon was such a memorable experience.Would so this tour again.
