Just a quick review. The sights are amazing and the helicopter experience is awesome. The only let down we had was the tour was advertised as being 7-7.5hrs (hotel-hotel) but our tour was completed in 5.5hrs. This was rather annoying as there is barely enough time to explore the beautiful sights and eat lunch that is included. That extra 1.5-2hrs would have went a long way. The helicopter has onboard audio voiceover with details about the area but it would be good if the Pilot could point out the areas that the audio talked about. Apart from that it was a amazing experience and worth doing

Took the Maverick Grand Canyon tour and have to say it was the best time we had while in Vegas. The pilot Timothy Lorig was the greatest and made the flight well worth it.

This is the kind of company that would happily take your money without giving you what you paid for. There are many helicopter tour companies offering the same experience. Don't use this one. I booked a tour for my Mum's 75th birthday. I booked it through an online sight called Vegas.com. Somehow there was a mixup on the date; it was booked for a Monday and I was only arriving on the Tuesday. When I tried to change it to the following day, they refused. They confirmed that they had open seats both on the day I was booked for and the day I wanted to go. They were adamant that their policy was that they won't change reservations once confirmed. I spoke to vegas.com; they tried to get it changed too, but Maverick was adamant. They had their money. They weren't going to budge. The vegas.com rep said it was highly unusual. In general if people can accommodate a change - if there is space, which their was - they will make the change. Services like this dont rely on repeat customers, and so their is little incentive to be decent. Just the incentive of being decent itself. Every now and then one comes across businesses that feel no compulsion to be decent. This is one of them. My mum was in Las Vegas once and it was always her dream to see the grand canyon. The two tickets cost close to $1000. I hope you enjoy the money, Maverick!
