Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1240lbs (563kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

What To Expect

Lake Mead National Recreation Area

Experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon from the air and ground on this helicopter tour from Las Vegas. After being picked up from your hotel approx 90 minutes prior to the flight time listed, you'll be driven to the heliport where you’ll board your air-conditioned Eco-Star helicopter. On your way to the Grand Canyon’s West Rim, soar over Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead.

Hoover Dam

As you fly over the Hoover Dam, you'll be left in awe at this particularly spectacular sight from the air, curved between the rock canyon walls. Marvel at this architectural wonder and enjoy the amazing views of the recently built bypass bridge. During your flight, you can listen to a recorded commentary about the Grand Canyon and its surrounds via headphones.

Grand Canyon West

As you reach the Grand Canyon and fly deeper and further into the canyon than any other helicopter tour, land on a private bluff overlooking the flowing Colorado River. From this incredible perch over 3,000 feet below the canyon rim, toast to your experience with a glass of Champagne and a light snack. While you celebrate and relax under an authentic Native American ramada shelter, your pilot will be happy to answer any questions you have about the canyon or your helicopter flight.

The Strip

Back in the helicopter, enjoy another 45-minute flight back to Las Vegas, this time flying over the world famous Strip. When you land, your transportation will be waiting to whisk you back to your hotel. Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

I booked for my boss and his gf. They loved the experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to see the Grand Canyon. It's a fabulous trip. I had taken the same trip 3 years ago and loved it so I highly recommend it as well!

Terrible!! Our hotel pick up was 10mins late so I called to ask what was going on….they then told me my trip was cancelled due to bad weather! I completely understand that safety is the most important factor but they must of had some idea that our trip may not go ahead having looked at a weather forecast. Really poor customer services! I now have to wait 5 business days for a refund ($2k) so can’t even use the money to book another trip while we are in Vegas. AVOID!

We reviewed your reservation details and spoke to our front desk manager. Unfortunately, right before your scheduled pick-up at Mandalay Bay, our chief pilot canceled all our Grand Canyon flights for that afternoon. The weather forecast is not always 100% accurate and can fluctuate during monsoon season. Because of this, it is the responsibility of our chief pilot to monitor the weather and cloud coverage closer to the time of each tour to determine if it is safe to fly. At the time of his decision, we already had guests checked in for their 2 pm Grand Canyon flight sitting in our lobby. Therefore, our front desk team spoke with these guests first as they were already checked in and had to be informed of their tour cancellation. Next, several other team members had to notify our drivers doing hotel pick-ups for the 2 pm tour to turn around and return any passengers they had on board. In addition, we had to contact several other parties waiting for their hotel pick up to inform them of their tour cancellation. We sincerely apologize that our front desk team member could not get to you promptly before your scheduled pick-up time. As you can imagine, we had multiple guests to notify simultaneously and tried our best to contact each one in a timely manner. We understand that you chose to receive a full refund, which generally takes 3-5 business days to process per bank policy and is entirely out of our control.
