Grand Canyon Full Day Hike

Overview

Currently the Park is not allowing us to mix groups due to COVID, so we are unable to provide this tour for less than 4 people. If you have a smaller group, please reach out to our company directly to discuss other options. This Hike can be enjoyed by guests who are fit and active. We start with an introductory viewpoint, and then into the Canyon for a fully-narrated day on the trail. Guides share their intimate knowledge of local geology, flora, fauna, biology, and history. Trail selection depends on the physical ability of the small group. Available trails: South Kaibab, Hermit, Bright Angel, or Grandview Trail.

We strive to provide everything you need to have a great day hiking. This includes lunch, snacks, water & beverages, and gear such as hiking poles, backpacks, and micro-spikes (when icy). We include transportation from all hotels, hostels, campgrounds, and many Air B&Bs in Flagstaff, Williams, Tusayan, and Grand Canyon. Pickup and drop-off times depend on your stay place!

My fiance and I did a full day Grand Canyon Hike in late April 2022 with Andrew as our guide. Andrew was absolutely perfect. He picked us up in Flagstaff and was conversational, interesting, and polite and had great snacks for us on the trip to the Grand Canyon. Once we reached the Grand Canyon, he delivered an absolutely incredible experience for us. He guided us down a fairly narrow and steep trail that we would not have attempted on our own. I was scared of the height and Andrew was calming and instructive for how to manage my sensations. Once we stopped for lunch, he had a fantastic catered meal for us. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and we recommend All Star Grand Canyon, and in particular Andrew with the highest confidence.

We did a day-tour un Grand Canyon and the experience was beyond anything we would had expected. Our guide, Andrew, picked up us from the camp and he realized right away what we wanted to do. He took us to Grand View Trail, that it would be impossible to find without him. He knew exactly what he was doing, a professional. He is very passionate about his job and you can see it at first sight. He knows everything about the Grand Canyon, and he is always willing to explain whatever you ask. At the beginning we were hesitant about booking a guide for the Grand Canyon, but a few hours with Andrew made us realized that we made a great decision. The food that the company organized for us was delicious. Andrew received us with a basket full of fruits and another basket full of gluten free snacks. They really made an effort getting all this gluten free snacks! Also, we had lunch in a great spot in the middle of the Grand View Trail, with delicious gluten free wraps. After the hiking day, we went to a quiet and romantic spot and we had a bottle of wine, cheese and snacks watching the sunset in the Grand Canyon. An experience we will remember forever! Thank you☺️

Guide was helpful and professional. Asked for privacy before trip, also given special guest. Guide did not provide that level of privacy by talking non-stop and by even setting up a place at private sunset dinner on rim. Food provided was average and overall trip was expensive, given overall service provided
