This was a great Tour. My wife and I celebrated out 1st wedding anniversary in Vegas and the entire experience was a blast. The highlight was the Helicopter 🚁 tour above the Hoover Dam, Lake Meade and into the Grand Canyon, with lite refreshments, ending with a fly by of downtown Vegas. We highly recommend this tour.

We did the 7AM Grand Canyon and Hoover dam flight w champagne toast. Pick up was 5:15 AM from our hotel. When we arrived at the terminal the lights were all off, doors locked, and we were stuck outside waiting until they called someone to come let us in. We watched as one by one crew started showing up for the day after we had arrived for our flight. If I have a 7AM flight and I own a business I would be there ahead of time before the time of flight to check the helicopter and allow time for a helicopter change and check if needed before the clients arrive. We watched a video and then sat and sat until after 8AM. 3hrs from pickup time! Someone came over at 7:48 to tell us there was an issue with the helicopter and they had to switch. Meanwhile another tour had shown up after us and left on another helicopter tour. No explanation or apology until an hour after we were to have left. From there the whole tour felt rushed. We landed in the canyon and had 10 minutes to explore. I didn’t even get a chance to eat all my snack and had to stick it in my pocket to leave. The tour guide was friendly but the rest of the morning leading to that was a big let down. Not worth the cost. To boot I sent an email that day and still haven’t heard back. It’s been a week. Now I received this automated rate me email. Big let down.
