Phil, my driver, had a sharp tongue. He assigned seats and placed my friend and I in single seats. When I told him they were uncomfortable since we are older and wanted to sit together, he said he "could take me back to my hotel since he did not want to deal with me all day." He was rude and this was inappropriate. All he had to do was let people sit where they wanted. Assigned seats is quite elementary.

At MaxTour, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of customer service, and we apologize that Phil's behavior did not meet this standard. It is never acceptable for a tour guide to speak to a passenger in a rude or disrespectful manner, and we will be sure to address this issue with Phil and reinforce the importance of clear and respectful communication with all of our team. Our primary concern is to ensure a comfortable ride for all of our guests. In order to achieve this, we use a seating chart that keeps groups together as much as possible. This helps to ensure that everyone has a good seat and that the groups that get picked up later are not left with whatever seats are remaining. I see that you and your friend booked separate tickets, so when Phil saw the manifest, he saw you as a single traveler and assigned you to a single seat accordingly. Changing your seat would have disrupted the entire seating chart, which is why he was unable to accommodate your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. Please take care.

A must for anyone of you not doing the helicopter ride this tour was so good from start to finish the rep Thomas was excellent friendly informative we had cokes water muffins fruit crisps stopped for regular toilet breaks it was a day I will never forget the Las Vegas sign magic mountains and the mind blowing Grand Canyon. Well done Thomas and max tours anazeing day woukd definitely recommend this tour
