Our Pilot was adorable. However, it was difficult to get good pictures because of the airplane it's self. Always seem to be a wing or a bar in our picture. For actually flying over the Canyon and around, it was awesome.

I was glad that we chose the plane over the helicopter. Our pilot seemed genuinely interested in giving us a great experience by mentioning things to look for before the trip. I think her name was Taylor. She was from Texas. She also helped with pictures before and after the trip.

The tour itself takes you out over the grand canyon and the view is spectacular, however there is quite a bit of time when you have head phones on with nothing being said. At the beginning of the tour it indicated there would be pleasant music throughout and I we spent the majority of the time concerned we were missing the narrative piece of the tour vs focusing on the spectacular view.

The only other thing I would recommend is them advising that GPS does NOT work in the Grand Canyon our much of the surrounding area and providing good directions on how to get to the airport. We got lost and missed our first flight but the company was very kind and allowed us to take a later tour which we were able to make it there for.

Again the flight itself was lovely just the narrative could have been a bit more substantial and our travel to the airport would have been far less stressful if the directions had been provided or we had been advised NOT to use GPS to attempt to find it.
