Stephanie tour guide and Luies driver were very helpfull, kind and funny. The lunch was great (teasty ham sandwitch, chips, apple, cookies, and cold water). The tour was awesome, we have enought time for Grand Canyon.

I enjoyed the tour, the staff on the bus was excellent and the food was good. My complaint was with the company and the written description of the tour. The description should explain that if you pay extra for the personal tour guide as I did for my husband and myself, there will be extensive walking required. My husband was unable to walk for the 2-3 miles required so we did not use the tour guide who is the guide for several people. The tour guide stated he would request a refund for the cost of the tour guide, which I believe was $30 for each of us and that someone would contact me however, I was never contacted and my own call was not returned.

The duration of this tour was no child's play. It started as early as 6 a.m. and if a tire from the bus blows out, ends at 12 a.m., like ours did (which was the first time they ever had it). Else, the tour guide and bus driver were great, Mitch and Robert. Safe and time-efficient driving as well as knowledge sharing along the trip, many of which are unknown to the general public. All in all, good good trip.
