You’ll enjoy your first breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon before lunch in the rustic elegance of the historic El Tovar Lodge, perched on the South Rim. There is plenty of opportunity for photos! The afternoon brings vistas along the Canyon’s rim, where there is an option to walk along the Rim Trail while experiencing spectacular views. Our experienced guides will share the geology of this wonder-of-the-world and its history of many peoples. On your return journey you’ll view the Little Colorado River gorge and the magnificent Painted Desert.Time permitting and at your discretion, we will visit the historic Cameron Trading Post before returning to Sedona on this private luxury tour.

What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

The Grand Canyon luxury tour is led by an expert guide who will share the history and geology of the area. During the tour, you will stroll along the South Rim, with lunch included at the historic and elegant El Tovar Lodge. On the return journey, you will view the Little Colorado River and the magnificent Painted Desert. Tour includes all park entrance fees.

We stayed in Sedona it was our first time in Arizona. We wanted to go to the Grand Canyon our hotel concierge booked us a tour through First Class charter tours. Ken was our guide super awesome nice guy. He explained everything very well. Next time we use this company we’re definitely requesting Ken he is the best guide ever! We will be using this company again in the near future!

Bob did an outstanding job taking care of my wife and myself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mountains and Grand Canyon. He made the trip feel very personable. It felt like we had know Bob for several years. I would highly recommend Bob with out hesitation.

We had a perfect day with our very informative, professional yet entertaining guide, Bob Boyle. Bob was punctual when picking us up at our rental, and we had a comfortable, well-equipped vehicle for the 2+ hour drive from Sedona to the Grand Canyon. Bob made it clear from the start that what we did was up to us, but except for an essential stop for coffee on the way there, we were happy to follow his agenda as he knew the best spots to take us to have maximum visibility of the Canyon with the fewest crowds. Along the way he shared abundant knowledge of Sedona, the Grand Canyon, the state of AZ, and every aspect of its geography, history, native Americans, wildlife, etc. He also gave us very helpful information about hiking spots, restaurants, shopping etc for the remainder of our trip. The weather was so spectacular to view the Canyon, and we saw elk, deer, many birds, and even a coyote as we drove into our rental at the end of the day. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at El Tovar (a must at the GC), enjoying a perfect table with spectacular views of the Canyon. First Class Charters has earned its moniker, and you could not get a better tour guide than Bob Boyle. Thank you, Bob, for a fantastic day!
