This tour takes place at Grand Canyon National Park, and does not include pick up from Las Vegas (approximately 5 hours away).
If you are checking in at our ofice, we are located at 469 State Route 64 Tusayan AZ 86023, BEFORE you get to the National Park Entrance. We are NOT located in Grand Canyon Village.

What To Expect

Grand Canyon National Park

We will visit 3-4 viewpoints at the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim. At each viewpoint, guests will explore the area, with plenty of time for photos.

Very limited tour; Felt very rushed; no comparison at all to the “Pink Jeep Tour” we did 5 years ago

Description of this tour is accurate but if you have your own car they don’t go anywhere you can’t drive on your own. They do offer hotel pickup but we were told if we chose that we’d miss the beginning of the tour- in reality the only thing we would have missed was a 20 min drive thru the woods to get to the park. We would suggest they have a central pick up in the park so you’re not spending your tour time driving to various hotels. Guide Jerry was good but there was a lot of “dead time” with no narration- ie, 20 min each way in and out of the park. If you do meet the tour at their office be sure and see the IMAX across the street. Overall, at this price point I would skip this tour if you have your own car.

Thanks for your review, we appreciate the feedback. It is definitely true that no commercial ground tour takes you to any viewpoints that you can't go to in your own vehicle. Some of the benefits of a guided tour are that you can relax while someone else drives and finds the best viewpoints, and that you receive a lot of history and information about the area. I'm sorry that you were told that you would miss the beginning of the tour if you got picked up in the park, and we will be making sure that all employees provide correct information. When you get picked up in the park, you miss out only on the drive into and out of the park, and you may miss some of the narration by the guide, but you would not miss any viewpoints. We agree that the Imax Movie across from Buck Wild is a great experience.

The sunset event driver was fun and informative. We enjoyed the entire experience, and we would do it again. It was a little cloudy, so we didn’t see the full sunset we hoped for, but the weather is what it is.
