We booked a sunset tour, which was a bit disappointing due to the weather and the nearby wildfire, neither of which BW can control. Our driver was Trey, he did a good job, had decent local knowledge, knew where the good spots were and was personable and entertaining. Overall, I liked him. Not sure it is a great value, I have had Jeep tours in other places and paid less for experiences that were off road, or more involved, we just drove a hummer to overlooks on paved roads. Now that we know where those spots are we could do it ourselves.
Our driver was good, the staff was professional, the hummer was cool and maybe that is all that is available in and around the canyon. We had a good time, just not sure of the value. Overall, it was positive even with the less than fantastic sunset, but that is a take your chances sort of thing.

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking time to leave a balanced review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour despite the weather and smoke from the wild fires at the north rim of the canyon. Off-roading is strictly prohibited within the National Park and so our tours must remain on the paved roads. We pride our business on showing our customers the best views of the Canyon, expertly navigating the park to avoid crowds during peak times, all while guests enjoy the comfort of our specially-designed Hummer vehicles. We're happy to know that Trey provided great service and entertaining dialogue - we will pass your feedback along to him! Please reach out to our terminal manager Stoney if you'd like to share any specific feedback or if there's anything he can do to assist you. He can be reached by email at

Respectfully,
