Wally made all the annoying things less noticeable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. It would have been better if we weren't stopping at the same time as all the other tour busses to cut down on time spent on stops. The stops definitely could have been more staggered on the way out there. This did make the 6 hour ride less long going out. Also the education of what we were about to see helped make things more interesting. I don't think every moment of time needed to be filled with something though.(ie: Wally talking, or a movie, or an educational film etc) Sometimes silent reflection is best. At the end of the tour, dropping us all off at one location and being responsible for our own rides to our respective destinations would have been better for everyone involved, especially for Wally. It just makes a long day even longer and there are less considerate riders who take their time getting off at their stop even despite Wally's NUMEROUS preparation details and urging to be prepared for their upcoming stop for the sake of time. Wally did not leave anything to assumption. He told us what to do, then told us what to expect, asked if we had questions and then waited to see if we had questions to address individually if need be and repeated anything as necessary. He was always informative, patient and available and seemed genuinely concerned.

First off i'd like to say how amazing our tour guide, Wally was! He was absolutely phenomenal with his professionalism and informative narration. At some points I thought I was listening to a recording, that's how amazing he was. Wally also made sure there was plenty of time at the Hoover Dam and Route 66 as well as played entertaining movies on the road. The tour itself was excellent. Pick-up and drop-off was at the hotel. Seats were comfy. Everyone received a box of food ( fruit, cookies, chips, sandwich and unlimited water) which was nice. Smooth ride there and back. Nothing but good things to say about GC tours. Will definitely book again with this company.

We had a great tour from Las Vegas to South Rim of Grand Canyon, with our tour guide Wally. He was like our caring, adept shepherd, making sure none of us got left behind at any of our stops. He was very clear and informative with his narration. He played very good movies for our enjoyment, both informative and entertaining, as well as appropriate for my eleven-year-old. Thank you Wally!
