Grand Canyon South Rim

After arriving by bus at the Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim, your tour guide will brief you on the highlights of the Grand Canyon so you can make the most of your time here. You will have three (3) hours of free time to explore this wonder of the world at your own pace. Your deli-style lunch can be taken with you to enjoy at one of the lookout points.

Thanks to Wally for our trip to the south rim. Although the trip is a long day on the coach, Wally was very good and very informative with his knowledge about the areas we were passing through. Thanks Wally.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Wally our bus driver he was very informative and was a good tour guide. The trip was long but was worth the splendor of seeing the Grand Canyon along with short stops to Hoover Dam and Route 66 tourist area. It had very formative videos on the Hoover Dam and Route 66 history on the bus ride to Grand Canyon. If a opportunity arise again I would use Sweettours again and I hope I get the same driver Wally!

I found this trip a nightmare. The drive took 7 and half hours to reach Grand Canyon and the traffic was clear. I have never known a driver to go so slow. When we arrived he continued to drone on for a further 25 minutes cutting into the three hours allocated for time at the Canyon. He also parked no where near where he recommended we walk from and instead we had to get the canyon shuttle costing us a further 45 minutes. As a result we had to rush the walk, couldn’t look in the gift shop or grab a snack and had to instead purchase food on return journey at a very grubby service station, as they don’t think to provide a snack on return. Oh and on return with a different driver it took just 4 and half hours. I would avoid this company.
