What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

After arriving by bus at the Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim, your tour guide will brief you on the highlights of the Grand Canyon so you can make the most of your time here. You will have three (3) hours of free time to explore this wonder of the world at your own pace. Your deli-style lunch can be taken with you to enjoy at one of the lookout points.

Pickup on time on 8/23, and then we moved to meeting point for departure. Light continental breakfast provided. Two restroom breaks on the way to the canyon. The second break was a old general store on Route 66. Had a little time to get some pics of the town and shop. Lunch and water was also provided at the Seligman stop. Really enjoyed this throwback stop. Once we arrived to the Canyon you had the option of viewing the canyon at Mather Point for a bit, then catch the bus to Bright Angel Lodge for more viewing. The second option is the best, where after viewing Mather Point, you can hike at your own pace 2.5 miles, to Bright Angel. There are restrooms and benches along the paved Rim Trail. This hike offered many different viewing angles of the canyon. Water was provided before and after we hiked. My reason for 4 stars is our driver Lorena, only gave us one restroom break on the way back, and refused to stop, even after we had got caught up in a traffic issue. I do recommend this canyon trip as we had ample time to explore the canyon at own pace. Recommend this company.

Hoover dam view. The Canyon itself. The views and trail were amazing. Also, the non crowded bus, and ability to see out the windows during the drives.

This trip was wonderful. From the moment it was booked until we were dropped off. I was communicated with all through the process before pick up. Breakfast and lunch were provided and water readily available. Our tour guide Robert was excellent. He made the trip so enjoyable, very informative, accommodating and funny.
