Journey to one of the Seven Wonders of the World on this day tour from Las Vegas. After hotel pick-up from most hotels on the Strip, you'll head out to the beautiful South Rim for 3 hours. Your guide will provide you with some suggested itineraries to help maximize your time here. Tour operates on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

After arriving by bus at the Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim, your tour guide will brief you on the highlights of the Grand Canyon so you can make the most of your time here. You will have three (3) hours of free time to explore this wonder of the world at your own pace. Your deli-style lunch can be taken with you to enjoy at one of the lookout points.

My husband & I had a tour to South Rim. Special thanks and appreciation to our driver Wally!!! He is a great tour guide telling us lots of stories & showing movies on the way. Even though sometimes it was a challenge to drive due to extreme weather conditions, Wally brought us back in Las Vegas safe. The tour was very well organized including tasty breakfast & lunch. Way to go Wally!!!

Its amazing the sights you'll see once you get out and explore what's in your own backyard. Sweet Tours allowed us to see the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon south rim at our own pace, on our own time and how we wanted to view it. The tour guide was awesomely funny and personable. I would definitely return to sweet tours should I return to vegas. I had an amazing experience.

Grand Canyon is gorgeous. But that was the only good thing about this tour. Food was below average. Annoying driver - it could be better if he was just not talking at all. On a way back he played on a TV a concert of some country music dude with a full volume, It felt like a torture. I understand he might love it, but I don't, why I had to listen to it at full volume for two hours? Not to say driver was coughing and sneezing without a stop on our way back. Now I guess all first rows seats passengers, including me and wife, caught a flu from him. Last thing - bus, while not bad itself, is not equipped for 5.5 hrs drive one way: no pockets on the back of a front seat to put stuff, no holder for bottle of water, no USB charger. Stops were at some shady places with usually 2-3 buses at the same time, and 5-10 minutes lines to get to a bathroom. I'd choose to rent a car if new all that in advance. The road is of high quality, and lots of parking spots at Grand Canyon. Though it was Dec. 22 so maybe not a common pattern.
