Traveling to the South Rim is truly and adventure, and a lengthy trip by ground transport nearly 270 miles each direction. Not much we do about that. Because of the long trip, we make convenient rest stops along the way to make the trip more comfortable for our guests and the driver. Sorry that you felt lunch was delayed, we will further investigate this matter with your driver at the first opportunity. I truly hope you and your guests enjoyed the magnificent and beauty of the Grand Canyon South Rim and that you were able to capture many stunning memories. Thanks again for your comments and please come see us again. By the way, because of the time factor and driver limitations we have to combine our drop offs in the evening, which are close to your actual lodging.

It's a long trip, that's one thing to know for sure. You will be given 3 hours to explore the park. It's possible to hike (hike is easy) and see some points of interest, but not everything (which was disappointing, but the park itself is huge). Trips are about 5 hours going in and back, with stops. The drivers were pretty good and did a good job in getting us there in time. I wish the bus ride was a bit more comfortable with the seats and some of the windows have no blinds to cover against sunlight. It is well air conditioned. Food given was Subway (company could disclose this beforehand instead of just saying sandwich). Some passengers after the hike had strong BO. For future visitors, please wear deodorant, as the whole ride back was highly unpleasant with the smell. On the return unfortunately, the bus driver had to drop us at each hotel rather than us being transported by shuttle individually like during pick up. It takes a long time! You may wish to consider exiting at a nearby hotel and walk rather than wait for your stop.

Thanks for your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our customer service. Yes, this is a long tour due to the nearly 270 miles in each direction, which limits us to a maximum of three hours at the Canyon due to driver/guide time restrictions. The coach windows are tinted; and their effectiveness can be compromised on the drive back since the return trip is westbound into the sun. Dropoffs in the late evening can be a challenge, and sometimes we have to combine hotel discharges into one central point due to traffic and time limitations; however rest assured, customer safety and convenience are always top in mind. Thanks again for your comments and please come see us again maybe for a West Rim tour, shorter and equally stunning!

Lorraine was great. Very informative, good time breaks, and she did the whole last 4 hours of our trip alone. Got everyone to where they needed to be , and on good timing. Most definitely worth it ! Sheā€™s the only tour guide I would want on a tour !
