What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

After arriving by bus at the Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim, your tour guide will brief you on the highlights of the Grand Canyon so you can make the most of your time here. You will have three (3) hours of free time to explore this wonder of the world at your own pace. Your deli-style lunch can be taken with you to enjoy at one of the lookout points.

We were here for EDC Vegas and decided to take a day trip to see the Grand Canyon. Loved that it wasn't just there and back, we stopped at Route 66 and Hoover Dam. They also provided breakfast and lunch which was great and kept us entertained with movies and documentaries the whole trip!! WALLY was our guide and he was so sweet and such a kind soul. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

The tour was overall good, the transport and snacks and the travel tour guides were very friendly and accommodating. We had Luana as our driver, she was very informative. The only downfall was that the weather in grand canyon wasn’t great , we would recommend looking into the weather in Grand Canyon and surroundings for the day of your trip. We dint Cary any jackets or raincoats. I would recommend carrying a sweater or a jacket just in case. The tour had multiple stops and a good movie during the ride.

We booked this tour through Grand Canyon Tours but the bus that picked us up was Sweet tours and it was quite an old bus (not luxury like the photos on the the gc tours website) so not sure if Sweet tours and gc tours are one of the same company. Plus we only got approx 2 hours at the Grand Canyon which was a bit of a rush to see everything, that after a 6 hour plus drive to get there and about 5 hours to get back. Despite this we had a great day and Wally, our driver was very entertaining with all his stories. The breakfast and lunch were quite good and water was provided throughout the day.
