I wanted to do something really special for my daughters 11th birthday and decided to book the South Rim Grand Canyon tour. We were given less than 3 hours to complete the tour. Earl the tour guide seemed nice and eager in the beginning having my daughter do his job by handling out waters, lunches to other passengers on our bus and maps. However, when we reached to the South Rim of the Canyon all the eagerness and happy go lucky Earl changed drastically. The bus stopped at the parking where we were left to follow a map and visit three parts of the Canyon in a short time due to delays on the company's part. Unfortunately, for us we only had the chance to see one small part and not the whole tour of the Canyon. I called Earl for guidance and all he did was get loud and angry telling me "to bad not my problem, but yours.l". All I wanted was for him to give me direction on how to proceed to the next part of the Canyon and if i was close to the last part. To my surprise he told me that I had no time left when in fact I did. He said to stay where I am that he and the bus would pick us up in like 5 to 10 minutes. We'll let's say he came an hour later. I kept trying him on the phone wondering where he was wasting valuable time and money all for nothing. I could have walked the route and still had time left over. He didn't even consider how upsetting this was to my child. He cared less about her birthday and more about hassling people to get on the bus and asking for tips. I reached out to Sweetours had zero sensitivity towards the fact that we missed the majority of the tour because of poor decisions of their tour guide. I had pictures of the arrival of the bus when it came to pick us up and the time of each call to Earl. None of that mattered and they said nothing but defend Earl because he has been with them for years. I discovered that customer satisfaction is NOT their top priority . I travel alot and all around the world, this for me was a first with a tour company. What hit me the hardest is that they had not an ounce of heart to at least try and do something nice for my daughter, since thet claim to be the top tour company in Las Vegas and Arizona. That's my experience I hope this helps someone in the long run. Just friendly advice don't book Sweetours they rip you off. Honestly it was more like BitteTours.
