From Cleveland Ohio, we booked the Grand Canyon Explorer Tours (South Rim, 4hr w/ lunch) thru Viator. Our guide (owner) Eric Albanese was SUPERB, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, ENTERTAINING & ACCOMODATING! The views need no words, but Eric managed with his new, comfortable, spotless, snack & drink supplied van & GREAT personality, add so much to the experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

If you want to do a tour with somebody in the Grand canyon that seems to know pretty much everything about it, the history, the trees and plants, the animals. Eric is your guy.

What a great tour! Eric was interesting, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient…especially with my mom who was having some mobility issues at the time. He was prepared for everything…snacks, cold beverages, hot beverages, blankets (which we definitely used as it was windier and colder than we expected), hand warmers…even phone chargers! I would recommend this tour to anyone!
