The eight hour tour with a small group led by our guide, Kenny, hit the jackpot at every turn from early morning views, informing educational tidbits, a reservation trip thru the desert with a lunch stop at the Indian outpost, to the grand finale of a double rainbow over the South Rim. A day well spent on an awesome adventure!

The expertise and knowledge of our guide-Kenny, was amazing. I was very impressed. We had a near perfect day, filled with interesting stops. Ken answered nearly every question we had. The van was comfortable, not crowded. Felt personal and not like a big tour. We stopped in the painted hills of the Dineh tribe for lunch. Shopping was nice opportunity to give back to the local tribe. Food was good too. But the Canyon is the star and we learned so much. We even got color handouts of local flora, fauna, and geology. The cost may seem steep, but you have an expert for the day and a comfortable ride. Totally worth the cost. Highly recommend for all.

I was part of a tour group that took the Canyon Dave tour. Let me say what a wonderful time we had. Kenny our guide was really excellent. The geology lesson on the rim was really memorable - as was his truly passionate connection with the terrain through which he was taking us. I would certainly recommend.
