Overview

This airplane flight from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon West offers aerial views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Mojave Desert, and the Colorado River en route, as well as sights of the West Rim as you approach. Upon landing at the West Rim air terminal, passengers can choose to embark on a thrilling helicopter tour that lands all the way on the bottom of the canyon floor, or they can select admission onto the world-famous Skywalk Bridge and stand quite literally in the middle of the Grand Canyon West atop the bridge's glass floor,

This tour has the option to include hotel pick-up and drop-off, or opt in to drive yourself to our Boulder City Air Terminal.

Note: Due to high volume, visitors may experience delays in visiting multiple viewpoints during the self-guided tour.

Individual passenger weights, including infants, MUST be advised at time of booking
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
Please note: seat assignments are determined on the day of the tour and are based on the total weight and balance of the aircraft.

What To Expect

Las Vegas

After being picked up from your hotel, you will be transported to the Airline Terminal to check in for your flight and tour. MUST call the local supplier to schedule hotel transfers.

Hoover Dam

After departing, you will fly over the Hoover Dam on your way to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon Skywalk

If you choose this option, you can add the Skywalk to your booking and experience walking 4,000 feet (1,219 meters) above the Canyon floor on a glass bottom U-shaped bridge that juts out 70 feet from the Canyon's edge.

An amazing, action packed day! We were picked up from our hotel in Vegas at 7:30am and driven to Boulder City where we had time for coffee in the small but comfortable airport before our flight to the West Rim. We boarded a 19-seater plane and flew over Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam to reach the West Rim. There, we were escorted straight onto a helicopter that flew us down into the Canyon to board a boat operated by the Hualapai Tribe. We very much enjoyed the 30-minute cruise on the Colorado River and had chance to take photos and hear about the area's geology. Then it was back on the helicopter which swooped up the Canyon and dropped us off for a bus ride to Guano Point. There we were served a surprisingly good lunch of BBQ beef, mashed potato, vegetables and a cookie - a hearty American lunch! We enjoyed lunch with amazing panoramic views of the Grand Canyon and then had time to relax and hike a little before the bus back to the airport for the flight to Vegas, where we arrived about 4pm. If you want to explore the Canyon by plane, helicopter, bus and boat - this is the tour for you!

2 stars. And just for the elicopter ride.
On the airport in order to take the flight, to the other airport, more than one hour waiting to get in the plane.
When we arrived the other airport, more than an hour to get to the elicopter, waiting standing.
5 minutes ride down, and 5 minutes ride up.
Then, the boat. A joke ! no kidding.
Then the skywalk, another hour in a waiting line. and you are on your own.
Then you shoul be back at the airport at 12:00 but we havent had a lunch included, wich we couldnt take because of bad timeing.
Then another hour waiting to get to the plana again and back to de Boulder airport.
Conclution.- From the hole tour, nice views and the elicopter ride. The rest is poor.
Not worth the amount of money I had to spend for me, my wife and three kids.
To much waiting !!! please treat your clients as humans not as animals.
