Horrible! I traveled from LA to AZ just for this tour….all to stay stood up. ”they offer pick up from the hotel” but I never got picked up. I called a day before to verify at what time I would be getting picked up from my hotel. And no one ever answered. Also called the day of the event and no one picked up. My tour was scheduled to start at 10 am. It was 11 am when I finally received a call. And was told I was not added to their schedule to be picked up and that they had already picked up everyone else so they offered a refund. Will not ever go back or even recommend it.

I have asked for a refund as the tour never happened. I tried calling multiple times -they never answer their phone. I also attempted to engage in their chat app & they never responded to that either.
